Hey There, Check out our Eggstructions!
🥚 Important Eggy Info Inside! 🥄We know nobody loves reading instructions... but trust us, this one’s worth it. For perfectly dippy eggs (yes, the kind dreams are made of), a quick peek at the essentials below will have you sleeving, boiling, and dipping like a pro! 🐣🍞
Instruction 1
Wet the egg and carefully slide it into the silicone sleeve, inserting the wider end first while keeping the pointy end exposed. A bit of resistance is normal.
It’s “ESSENTIAL” to press out any trapped air at the bottom of the sleeve through the hole with your fingers.
⚠️ Skipping this step or not having your Dipeez fit perfectly snug will cause the egg white to cook unevenly and prevent the Dipeez from working as intended! 😣
“Always make sure your Dipeez fits snugly with no air pockets before boiling!”✨
(PLEASE SEE DEMO VIDEO BELOW)👇
Quick tips:
☝️If you're not boiling the egg right away, place it back into the carton with the pointed end facing down. This keeps the yolk in the correct position! 🥚
☝️Store-bought eggs are typically packed this way, which is perfect for Dipeez.com. Just make sure to leave them like this for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Instruction 2
Drop the sleeved egg into a pan of boiling water!
⚠️ Make sure the water is fully covering the egg!
Set your timer for 9 minutes! ⏱️ Yes, 9! It might sound a little unconventional but trust us, we’re egg-sperts! ✨
Instruction 3
Lift the egg from the pan and plunge it into cold water. 💦
This makes removing the sleeve a breeze and prevents'ouchy' fingers! 🖐️
Instruction 4
While the residual heat continues cooking the egg, place it in an egg cup with the “pointy end facing up!” 👆🥚
“Crack open and enjoy!” 😋✨
